I dunno even know what PlaySpan is,..never heard of it.
Virtual market place? is it like Steam or Origin?
If it is somehow connected to FC and TSW I wonder how. Is it some behind the scenes engine FC uses to process our subs?

I'd expect FC ot handle their own cash shop themselves, but is there a list somewhere of exactly which games' shops Playspan handles? CCP have already said their shop isn't one of them.

We have our own system and it is all handled internally AFAIK. I will double check to make sure.
Update - No we don't use it. However IF you use the same password for one of the affected MMOs and TSW, I'd say changing that password would be a prudent security measure.

So far Arenanet has said that they're not affected (even if GW1 is listed), since their relationship with Playspan was selling GW1 trough their online store and no account information was ever shared with them.
CCP said they were a timecode reseller and also no account information was shared.
Runescape also asked its name to be removed from the list of affected games since they didn't share account information either.
That said, it's probably a very good idea to change at least your password for any TSW account, specially if you use the same password than in any other MMO.
