Would make sense either way, really.

However, I don't get a sense that there's anything Dragon related to Kingsmouth. But I may have missed something. Been too busy the last few days to keep mentally up to date.
No haven't seen anything that screams Dragon to me either. That is why I think the stuff people are seeing realted to the factions as we know them (or read about) in RL are having a slightly different significance. All factions may have interest in those things anyway.

I say it could be first place after main cities because of what has been said about we start off in the main city hubs. But it could be that we are taking that literally and Kingsmouth be the first area we go before our base cities.

Either way it seems to be an important early area in both game terms and game development and the devs seem keen and pleased with it. A good sign I think.

Well, some people started making maps of Kingsmouth.
There was some speculation in the overview picture, of whether the building in the front was either the church or the town hall.

I'm sure some have already figured this out, but I just wanted to actually post it because I haven't seen anything about it yet in this thread. The roof style of the town hall is the same.

The building in the front of the overview is probably the church, the roof styles being the same again.

Also, there seem to be houses around the church in the view of the church.
And there are houses surrounding the church in the overview, but since we can only see the roof of the church, we can't really tell if there are more houses around the base.

As I mentioned in my Twitter, at this time I will not be responding to rumors or speculation regarding purported meetings that may or may not have taken place with the Illuminati.

HI its my first time posting

but it seems to me that what we have here is the Illuminati starting city. I am pretty sure all groups can enter but it seems to have the hallmarks of an Illuminati location.

1) Proximity to New York

2) the Lighthouse (Illumination) and the comparison to the Empire State Building (in New York)

3) Light (illumination) conquers all

4) the Pyramid reference

5) The private academy for gifted students (beginners?)

6) the town being burned and remade by the financial aid of the prosperous businessmen and organizations

7) If the Solomon Key is a reference to the Templar Id point out that the church and town hall were also burned down in the fire. the new Reverend is a Hawthorne

Interesting fact-- the famous New England author Nathaniel Hawthorne was born Hathorne he added the w to distance himself from a relative who was a judge during the Salem witch trials.

Could this be an indication that the church in town in no longer taking a hard line on pagans? And might e more suitable to Illuminati preferences?

After all, they are reading Dan Brown who is famous for upsetting the traditional religious community.
