Come back, still not working.
If you need to speed up the trigger , DO IT.

There is no reason the obvious solution to the Tier should not be a simple act of usage.
Come on FC, get this game functioning correctly. There is no need at this point in time to have these issues.

Yea I'm having the same problem, can't get it to 'find' the sweet spot that advances the chain.

Just like the Black House and the ashes.

TSW is a wonderful game, I'm loving it, but basic quest mechanics being broken on so many quests is just annoying.

Try clicking on what you're looking at.

I had to overcome years of indoctrination by my Mom to look with my eyes, not my fingers to do it, but your tip made me complete this Tier.

I'd actually watched the whole "birth scene" play out twice before without considering clicking.

It works for me 100% of the time if I:

Zoom In to max.
Move the telescope to the goo spout
Click on the spout

Wait, what? I thought I had to witness a zombie being turned into a hulk. Dang. Well, luckily I happened to log out right next to the telescope... Thanks for the solution!

The end goal of the quest is to seal the spout that's how I know to look for it

It may also trigger on the zombie changing but it's always worked for me the way I do it (from many times in closed beta and live).

It's not bugged. Fortunately.

Before the patch, i couldn't advance it, even by clicking. Not sure why.
