So I see one that says "mobility trainer authorization" up to "mobility privilege escalation" Any idea what they mean yet? Have I unlocked some random NPC in my factions base?

Mobility trainer is in your HQ, and he increases your sprint speed for a price. There are also blue and purple versions of this increase available at later ranks.

Thanks for the quick reply, ill have to go check out Illum HQ now. Any idea what the other upgrades are? Looks like when they changed the forums google isnt working to find the right topic.
