    well, then there's nothing revolutionary about this idea. in every game you can access the map and friends list from anywhere, just like what you're talking about.

    the only difference with your "idea" is that it looks like a techy thing, and has a pretty techy looking interface.

    if we're going to have this PDA thing, might as well make it fully functional, and cover all the things you'd expect it to cover. don't just make it a bit of appearance fluff.

    That's not really the point though. There's networks for perceived illegal and illicit goods online. All you gotta have is the http address.

    Oh I see since you can't access the AH from the demon's lair like you wanted my idea is crap and it's no good and dumb and /thread delete?

    I never even said YES AH ACCESS FROM ANYWHERE in my OP. In fact, I specifically mentioned against that type of thing, a whole paragraph in fact.

    If you want to access a type of player AH from the city, or your HQ, a shop or a meeting area, I don't see a problem with that. But the signal for service isn't going to be out in the woods or on the edge of the ocean, etc.
