We won't force anyone to do anything. Even if we wanted we wouldn't be able to force them to do something.
Maybe we could create a billboard of the most wanted professions. That billboard would be a little like a human resources company (society of recruitment). The cabals write on the billboard the type of professionnals they are looking for. Then, the gamers who don't know what to do read the billboard to see if there's a wanted job they are interested in. The cabals would be like employers looking for new employees. The gamers would be like people looking for a job (though they are always free to join a cabal without having the profile wanted).
We could create that billboard on our own website. The Dragons have their site ( http://pelishard.net/
) so why not us ?
Edit: The presentation text of the cabals could also have a line at the bottom saying "We are currently lacking those professions: X, Y, Z,..." but I prefer the billboard idea because the gamers will have more choice.
2nd edit: I think it is always better when things are centralized. There are more and more cabals. It would be boring to have to check them all to find a useful job. That's why I see the billboard as better than adding a line at the bottom of the presentation texts.
